Payment Options

Dr. Herzog is a participating provider with Aetna, Anthem, Cigna, Harvard Pilgrim and United Healthcare. We welcome non-insured patients at any time. We are in process of becoming affiliated with Medicare, but we are not a “Maine Care” provider.

Fully realizing how high medical care and deductibles may be, we are sensitive to how much a patient is expected to pay. Patient’s who pay at the time of service with cash, credit cards or checks are given a substantial discount on their treatment.

If a patient is unable to fully provide the deductible payment at the time of treatment, timely payment plans will gladly be arranged.
